California Appraisal Management Companies

Appraise All has been completing appraisals in Southern California for over 8 years.  Until the past year we were only accepting work from a few appraisal management companies.

Now with the passing of the HVCC, we have been signing up with appraisal management companies and weeding out the companies that offer low payments and that require a 24 hour turn around time.

At this point we are receiving between 20-30 appraisal requests WEEKLY which gives us the ability to select the high fee appraisals we wish to complete.  We also know which companies are fully negotiable at adjusting appraisal fees based on complexity.
